Most of the energetic meridians in the body go through the neck, making it a high traffic area. If just 1 of the lanes gets a kink in it, it can throw the whole system off… now imagine more than 1 and you have a serious traffic jam.

Opening up the neck is one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself. It’s the cork of the bottle neck, the lid on the garbage can, the fresh organic matter on the top of the compost.

…..Nothing else will move as powerfully if the neck is stuck.

I love to teach people, especially mom’s because I know how hard it can be to relax how to access pressure points on themselves. Today, I’m going to share with you one of my favourites and at the bottom you have an opportunity to get the whole cheat sheet for absolutely no cost. My treat!

This one can be unassuming to see the results instantly. But imagine a clogged damn.. and down stream there have been trees, rocks and stumps that have collected because they damn has slowed the river. So before we get to the clogged damn, we’re going to release down stream so that when the clogged damn gets released it doesn’t stay stuck.

Does this make sense?

To find it: Press in the indent at the bottom of the muscle near the back of the arm. You will feel an indent. Press directly and firmly toward the middle of the body with a slight, very slight turn at 45 degree angle.
